He took a look at the photos I sent and told me that one door was all good and didn’t need a change, while the others did. He showed up early the next day, explained why the locks had to be swapped out, took some measurements, and then dashed off to grab the right locks for the job. Gareth got everything done fast and well, and he was really polite and professional throughout. His rates are quite fair compared to some companies that try to take advantage of you. He’s a genuine guy who won’t push you to get something you don’t need, and he doesn’t overcharge. I had a fantastic experience with him and his company. The service was simply amazing from beginning to end. Gareth dropped by to discuss which cctv and lighting options would work best for us. He and Danny dedicated the whole day to installing the lights and cctv, then they called us the following day to ensure everything was functioning properly and to guide us on how to use it all. They made a few tweaks to the cameras because they aimed for perfection. After that, Gareth went around checking all the doors, windows, and gate locks. I highly recommend them!
